How can I pay and order at CDStreet Tech & Tunes?

  • Credit Cards: We accept American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa. We won’t charge your card until we ship your order.
  • By Phone: Call us at 972-869-7766 (8 am – 5 pm CST, Mon-Fri). If outside the US or Canada, dial 011-972-869-7766.
  • By Fax: Send your order form to 972-869-7768.
  • Checks & Money Orders: Ensure they’re in $US and drawn on U.S. banks. Note: Personal checks might need 10 days for clearance.

What about shipping costs?

  • US, APOs, FPOs, and Canada:
    • Orders below $30: $2.99 USD
    • Orders over $30: $3.99 USD
  • Other International Orders:
    • Orders below $30: $7.99 USD
    • Orders over $30: $8.99 USD
  • Some items might have additional costs due to size or weight.

How long does delivery take?

  • US Delivery: 2-4 business days.
  • International Delivery: 5-15 business days (may vary due to customs).
  • Orders made before 4:00 PM (CST) from Mon-Sat are shipped on the same day.

Can I cancel, return, or get a refund?

  • Return unopened CDs within 90 days for a 90% refund (deductions might apply for CDs under $10).
  • Cancellations before shipment incur a restocking fee.
  • To cancel, use the “Contact CDStreet Tech & Tunes” option and provide the necessary order details.

CDStreet Tech & Tunes Guarantee

We guarantee all CDs, VHS, and DVDs to work perfectly for 30 days from receipt. If there’s an issue, contact us for a replacement. Items returned must include all original packaging.
